US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your order shipment, we will contact you via email.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. boxes OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Chima Tees ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


DELAY NOTIFICATIONS
If we anticipate a significant delay in your order's shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you of the new estimated shipping date.

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN

To keep things smooth, items must be:

  • In the exact condition we sent it — unworn, unwashed, and unbothered

  • Free of stains, smells, makeup, pet hair, and wild adventures

  • In original packaging, tags included

You’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return.

WHAT DOESN’T QUALIFY

We can’t take back:

  • Custom / personalized tees

  • Final sale drops & markdowns

  • Items worn, washed, altered, damaged, or outside the return window

If it’s been on your body, outside, or in the club… it’s yours forever.


HOW TO START A RETURN

Easy:

  1. Email support@yourshop.com with your order number.

  2. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, attach pics.

  3. Wait for your return approval + instructions before shipping anything back.

Don’t send items without approval — they’ll get sent back.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or color? We got you.

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days

  • Same rules: item must be in original, untouched condition

Once we receive and inspect it, your t-shirt will get shipped out.

REFUNDS

Once your return lands and passes inspection, we’ll:

  • Send a confirmation email

  • Process your refund to the original payment method

Give it 5–10 business days for banks/payment platforms to do their thing.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?

Our bad — it happens.

  • Email us within 7 days with pics + your order number

  • We’ll replace it, free of charge
